Overview
This masterclass will focus on the salient factors of psychosocial care in the workplace and the implications if these are ignored. This session will be focusing on identifying, assessing, eliminating or mitigating psychosocial risks in the workplace. It will aim to be an interactive experience where attendees will be part of a learning journey, becoming aware of the risks that can stem from stress, workplace relationships, job demands, and organizational culture, consequently impacting the employees’ mental health and well-being.
The purpose is to learn ways to develop a safer and healthier workplace environment by empowering employees and management with the knowledge and skills to address these risks more effectively. This Masterclass is designed for organisations and leaders who want to foster a positive work culture, enhancing the over wellbeing of the employees, the patrons and the organisation itself. The session will attempt to encompass a holistic strength-based approach in addressing the various elements of psychosocial risk management.
