Conference Producer
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop commercially viable conferences based on in-depth market research (calling) into the relevant market and topic.
- Identify new and interesting business trends.
- To speak to business leaders worldwide – discussing developing issues – what’s going to be vital in the future.
- To write the promotionally-led programmes.
- To produce marketing campaigns and to work closely with the sales and logistics team to make sure the conference is successful.

Delegate Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Warm and cold calling top-level managers to promote and sell delegate spaces
- Researching potential new customers/delegates
- Cultivating new relationships with business and senior business members
- Developing knowledge of the market place
What We are Looking For:
- A tenacious and target driven telesales professional with a keen interest in events
- A strong communicator both written and verbal
- Professional and credible, someone who isn’t shy of speaking to C-suite clients
- Self-motivated, competitive, resilient and determined to succeed
- Previous delegate sales experience is highly desirable.
Sponsorship Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for achieving a realistic revenue target
- Carry out account management duties with the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell
- Be responsible for maximising all potential revenue to achieve/exceed event targets
- Identify target brands, establish new relationships, and sell across an entire event portfolio
- Proactively lead source from all mediums and maintain, develop and manage a sales database
- Retain the integrity of events by adhering to set processes and through maintaining a high yield
What We are Looking For:
- Possess a minimum of 1-2+ years proven sales experience gained in a dynamic B2B environment
- Possess the business acumen to lead contractual negotiations with clients of every level
- Be outgoing, driven and self motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team based environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing the existing portfolio through building and retaining delegate audiences, and building sustainable audiences for new conferences.
- Identifying and embracing new marketing methods, driving forward and implementing new and creative ideas.
- Responsibility for database strategy, development and lead generation for the sector, working with marketing specialists to optimize the end-to- end lead management process.
- Interpreting key performance indicators and identifying themes and trends, implementing actions based on findings
- Managing constructive relationships with key contacts including the internal team, stakeholders, and external joint venture partners.
What We are Looking For:
- International marketing experience, preferably in conference or event environment is essential
- You’ll have experience of using a wide range of digital and offline channels
- You’ll be used to identifying and successfully implementing new initiatives to expand routes to market
- You’ll be methodical, organised and innovative in your approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytic and numerate
- Team player, excellent communicator and influencer
- Creative thinker, who is used to finding workable solutions rather than problems
