Overview
This full day training program, Understanding and Managing Psychosocial Risks, is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, assess, and control psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Delivered by Dr. Alisha McGregor (PhD) and supported by Mental Health Movement (MHM), the course aligns with amended WHS Regulations and national Codes of Practice to help organisations meet their legal obligations while fostering psychologically safe and high-performing workplaces.
Participants will gain an understanding of the legal, organisational, and personal responsibilities involved in managing psychosocial risks, learn best-practice frameworks for risk assessment, and explore real-world scenarios that demonstrate how unmanaged hazards can impact workers’ wellbeing and performance.
