This workshop is aimed at women in leadership.  It will provide you with an understanding of what menopause is and the impact it can have on your daily life.  It will also focus on how you can be the best leader during this phase.

Every person is different, so women may experience different symptoms during pre-menopause and throughout the duration.  Although a physical condition it alters the function of the female brain. which in turn can alter one’s thoughts and reactions to situations.  Every woman needs to know the very common symptoms of this phenomenon.

The workshop will take you on a journey with experiential opportunities to discuss (if you want) some of the things occurring in your life or those you’ve witnessed in others.  When hormone levels drop, serotonin levels also fall, which contributes to increased irritability, anxiety and sadness.  We will discuss coping strategies and discover how you can LEAD by example during this phase in your life.
