In this one-day masterclass, managers will develop new understanding and practical tools critical for developing healthy commercial results where people’s individuality is celebrated whilst the commercial outcomes are excelled in. First, they will explore self-awareness, understanding their strengths and weaknesses internally and the internal language that directs their thoughts and ultimately impacts the beliefs that dictate their commercial realities. Next, they’ll navigate the balance between expectations and negotiations, understanding the true cost of working in the world of expectations and then exploring that same cost when framed around negotiations.

They’ll learn to understand the psychology behind perfectionism and why it is so prevalent in the marketplace today. Finally, they’ll uncover the financial benefits of prioritising self-care, recognising its impact on personal well-being and organisational performance. This is achieved by developing an effective intentional self-care plan that addresses the distraction of perfectionism. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will gain actionable insights and tools to enhance their leadership effectiveness, improve decision-making, and foster a financially rewarding culture of well-being within their teams and organisations.
